| Position racks to divide oven in thirds. Heat to 375
degrees F.
Have 2 large baking sheets ready.
Coat both sides of tortillas with nonstick spray. Arrange on baking
sheets and bake 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
Meanwhile, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add
ground meat and cook, breaking up clumps with a wooden spoon, 3
minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in beans; heat through.
Spoon a generous 1/3 cup on each tortilla, then sprinkle with
cheese. Return to oven and bake 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Top with choice of lettuce, avocado, radishes, onions, salsa and sour cream
