| Combine water, honey, soup mix, ketchup, and lemon juice.
Stir in dried
fruit. Place roast in a roasting pan. Pour fruit mix over the top.
Cover and bake at 325F. degrees for 3 - 3 1/2 hours or until internal
temperature reaches 160F. degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
Remove cooked fruit to a separate bowl, serve as a chutney.
