4 cup Torn Mixed Greens
2 1/2 cup chopped, Cooked Chicken
2 small Tomatoes, cut in wedges
10 ounce package Frozen Corn or Peas, thawed
1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
1 1/2 cup sliced Celery
1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
8 ounce sour cream
8 ounce shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup sliced Radishes
Preparation:
In large, clear glass salad bowl, layer torn greens,
chicken, tomatoes, corn or peas, red onions and sliced celery.
Mix mayonnaise or salad dressing with sour cream. Spread over top of salad. Top with the
cheese and radishes.
