1 box ( 2 layer) Lemon Cake Mix
1 small box Coconut Cream Pudding
1 cup7-up or Sprite
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
Cool Whip
Toasted Coconut
Preparation:
Blend cake mix, coconut cream pudding, 7-up, oil and
eggs. Pour in cake
pan or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minute or until brown. Frost
with cool whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut on top.
