Ingredients: 2 pounds Red Potatoes 1 cup Sliced Celery 1/3 cup Sliced Scallions Dressing: 1/3 cup Salad Oil 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Marjoram 1 Minced Clove Garlic Preparation: Boil 2 pounds red potatoes, cut up and chill.
